In 2 Thess 2 Paul provides this warning for the people of God and
for all humanity.
1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering
together unto him,
2: That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor
by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3: Let no man deceive you by any means: for that
day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4:
Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple
of God, shewing himself that he is God.
5: Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these
things?
6: And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
7: For the
mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8:
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the
brightness of his coming:
9: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs
and lying wonders,
10: And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received
not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11: And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion,
that they should believe a lie:
12: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure
in unrighteousness.
13: But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord,
because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
POINT ONE
3: Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not
come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4: Who

of God, shewing himself that he is God.
The son of perdition (damnation, destruction) will be revealed.
He also uses and his predecessors originated; the damnable Primacy of Peter heresy, copied by Herbert Armstrong. The
son of perdition, the final false prophet; will also use this wickedness to exalt himself above God and will claim that he
is the heir of Peter and the true head of the people (temple) of God.
POINT TWO
8:
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the
brightness of his coming:
9: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs
and lying wonders,
10: And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received
not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
This person, this son of perdition will be alive and will
be destroyed by Christ at His coming, Rev 19:20. During the days of his leadership, he shall be empowered to do great
miracles and to deceive by those miracles, Rev 13:11-14.
He shall appear as a lamb and still speak his own words,
not God's words. He shall appear as a peace maker and true man of God, in order to deceive. You shall know
his true nature by comparing what he says with the Word of God. Does he claim the power to bind and loose God's
word and to change God's commandments? Turning from Sabbath to Sunday, from Passover to Easter? Then he is a man of sin,
rejecting the word of God for his own traditions..
Those who do not love the truth of God's word enough
to prove ALL things, to put God first, to check up on those who calim to be great persons; shall be deceived.
POINT THREE
When he is first set up, he shall call for a New Order in Europe and he shall
have the power and influence to bring it about.
14: And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the
means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they
should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15: And he had power to give
life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship
the image of the beast should be killed.
POINT FOUR
This abomination will be
empowered in his office 1,335 days before the end. He shall have his power to deceive for 1,335 days, Dan 12:11-13
The new Roman system that he shall cause to exist shall occupy the City of Jerusalem for 42 months (1,260 days). By
subtracting 1,260 from 1,335 you will see that Jerusalem will be occupied and the time of Jacobs trouble will begin 75 days
after this false prophet is set up. We can do this because we are told that this false prophet, together with the ruler
of this empire; will both be killed by Jesus Christ at His coming, Rev 19:20.
